Can I get the display installed at your shop, and what is the service charge?

Absolutely. Etel offers professional display replacement at their outlets. The installation/service charge is ৳300 . Better yet, if you pre-book your order through the website , the service charge is completely FREE, a great way to save money while ensuring expert installation.

What should I do when I receive my order to protect my rights?

For your protection, record an unboxing video when opening the package, this is mandatory for any return or exchange claim. If the parcel appears damaged or torn upon delivery, do not accept it from the courier. Accepting a visibly damaged package voids your ability to file a complaint afterward.

Can I return or exchange the display if there’s a problem?
