We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs. Delivery charges may vary slightly depending on the size and nature of the product.

Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates are calculated in working days: Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order processing cutoff: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Order Processing & Payment
Orders Inside Dhaka
Payment method: Primarily Cash on Delivery (COD).
Advance payment: Occasionally, a small advance, such as BDT 100, may be required to confirm your order.
The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
Orders Outside Dhaka
Advance payment required: An advance payment of BDT 100–1,000 is required to confirm your order, depending on the product’s value.
Balance payment: The remaining amount is collected in cash when your parcel is delivered.

At the Time of Delivery
Your satisfaction is our priority. When receiving your order, please follow these instructions:
- After making payment, inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person.
- Check for visible damage or discrepancies before the delivery person leaves.
Checking your order at delivery helps us resolve any issues promptly.
International Delivery
Etel does not currently offer international shipping. You may browse and place an order from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be within Bangladesh.
