Delivery Timelines
All delivery times are calculated in working days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). We strive to dispatch your order as fast as possible.

Important Note: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Order Processing & Payment
1. For Orders Inside Dhaka:
- Payment Method: Primarily Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Advance Payment: On occasion, a small advance (e.g., BDT 100) may be required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
2. For Orders Outside Dhaka:
- Advance Payment Required: To confirm your order, an advance payment is necessary. The amount ranges from BDT 100 to 1,000, depending on the product’s value.
- Balance Payment: The remaining amount is collected in cash when the parcel is delivered to you.

You can easily make advance payments via bKash.

Important Information & Instructions
📦 At the Time of Delivery:
Your satisfaction is our priority. We strongly request that you:
- Inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person after making the payment.
- Check for any visible damage or discrepancy before the delivery agent leaves.
- This helps us resolve any issues promptly.
🌍 International Delivery:
Currently, Etel does not offer international shipping. While you can browse and place an order from anywhere in the world, the delivery address must be located within Bangladesh.
